Easiest Gluten Free Ice Cream Ever

Gluten-free, Grain-free, Dairy-free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw Vegan
3-5 ripe bananas, peeled, chopped, and frozen
¼ cup coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
In a high-speed blender, put in the coconut milk, vanilla extract and frozen bananas.
Blend, from low to high speed, until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately. If left out too long, the bananas will turn brown and mushy.
Top with Mixed
