This is an amazing Bright Cut Tomato or Egg server in the Olive Pattern from Crosby, Morse & Foss. They were a retailer in Boston on 240 Washington Street from 1869-75. The bowl of the server is covered with elaborate bright cut work of scrolls and leaf like patterns. Truly masterfully done. For the age of this piece I can't believe how crisp the detail of the pattern is just stunning! This piece is 8 1/4" in length and 2 3/4"wide and weights 2 troy oz. Created by Mariposa Brillante, the Small Dory Server is a classic entertaining dish with a unique motif. The server is rendered from sand-cast aluminum, and it is polished to a lustrous finish. This little server I call a cucumber server, but it could be used for almost anything. It measures 4 1/2" in length. The pattern is "Rendezvous aka Old South" by Community Plate and was first issued in 1938. It is a very pretty pattern. The condition of this is good with some polishing scratches.

This beautiful tomato flat server spoon is just right for serving fresh sliced tomatoes or other small delicacies. It is silverplated and is marked Community Plate on the back.
