This vintage footed milk glass vase/planter in the Paneled Grape Pattern was produced from 1950 to the 1970's and made by the Westmorland Glass Company and is marked on the bottom with their logo, the W inside the G. In the Spring of 1889 a group of investors purchased land for the purpose of constructing a new glass factory. The site located in Grapeville, Pennsylvania adjacent to the Pennsylvania Railroad main line and on a large natural gas field was to become the new home of The Westmoreland Specialty
