A lovely Large Cup & Matching Saucer in Flo Blue in the pattern "Oxford" by Johnson Bros., of England. The C&S have a White Filed with Flow Blue Decorative Panels finished by Accents of Gold Gilding. The Cup measures 4 1/8" diameter x 4 3/4" wide to handle. The Saucer measures 6" diameter. Both pieces in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or hairlines.

This item is a pair of tea cup and saucer sets titled, "San Francisco during the Gold Rush" from Johnson Bros. England. The cups are 2 1/4" deep, 4 1/2" rim to handle, 3 3/4" in diameter, by 1 3/4" across the base which is marked, "Made In England". The saucers are 5 3/4" in diameter by 7/8" deep, and are bottom marked, "Johnson Bros., Historic America, etc." The saucers are decorated around the verge with acorns and oak leaves set in a grid type field, and the cups have San Francisco Bay with to contact us

Vintage cup and saucer in a popular pottery pattern by Johnson Bros. It is called Harvest Time and it was made from 1967 until 1978. The back reads genuine hand engraving, shows their mark, and Pat No. 16.4.001, and Made in England CONDITION: There are no chips or cracks. There is very light wear to the pattern. In 1883 two brothers, Alfred and Frederick Johnson, purchased a defunct pottery known as the Charles Street Works in Hanley, England. By the end of the 1890's Johnson Brothers may have been the largest earthenware manufacturer in the world.
