A very elegant late Victorian water jug or pitcher dating to around 1900. Made from silverplate, the carved Fruitwood handle is attached to the jug with highly decorative fluted terminals. The rim is mounted with a cast Grapevine border. Excellent condition, the jug stands 7" tall and spans 9" spout to handle.

old antique glass syrup jugs lot, lidded pitchers 1914 and 1915 vintage Lot of three different antique syrup pitchers with glass jugs and tinned steel lids. Two of the lids are dated, one is 1914, one is 1915. Sizes are 5 1/2" to 6 1/2" tall overall. The glass pitchers all look very good, we found no chips at all. There's some tin wear and rust spotting to the covers on all three pieces, though. Item #k7926

One of the best quality Claret jugs I have had in a while, take a good close look at the exceptional floral garland and bow copper wheel engraved decoration; the photos don't do it justice, pretty as a picture. Below the garlands are these swirled channel cuts. The fittings are all lovely quality in silver plate. The underside has a full mark for the top-notch silversmith William Hutton & Sons. Superb condition with the base measuring 3 3/4"; spanning 5" spout to handle and standing 11 3/4" tall.

Nice Vintage Blue WEDGWOOD Jasperware Jug Pitcher from a local estate measures 4.5 inches across mouth (5.5 inches from handle to spout); 5.5 inches in diameter across widest point; and stands 4.5 inches tall. Ornate relief work; Grecian or Roman figural. I think this dates to the late 1920s. Bottom is stamped "Wedgwood," "Made in England," and has several numbers stamped on it. No chips or cracks. Relief all seems to be intact. Very nice vintage condition.
