No mark, old style "c" clasp on reverse. There looks like a very small piece of fuzz or lint underneath one side of hair compartment - I'll leave that to you to remove. Measures a bit over 2 inches wide at widest point, 3/4 inches tall. Purchased in England.
Measuring 1 1/2 inches across this brooch is also a pendant. From Victorian times when ladies wore several pieces of jewelry at one time. This would most likely be worn on a high necked dress. It is so versatile, a brooch or can be worn as a pendant. I believe the tiny center stone is a diamond; just lovely.
