I have for you this beautiful Bohemian art glass vase made by Kralik in the early 1900's. This vase have the quilted diamond optic body that flows up into the stretch spatter glass ruffle top. This does glow nicely under black light.. The vase does have a chipped top but I didn't think it detracted from it's beauty. I suppose you could have it polished smooth..No other damage.. The lighter picture shows the dark spots in the glass.. The vase is 6 1/4" tall (would probably have been 6 1/2" w/o chip) 4 2/3"
