This elegant Bass tuba was originally carried by the USQMC (Us Quartermaster's Choir)and was owned by J.A. Johnson who was involved with my grandfather (C.Y. Nobles) in organizing music events at a roadhouse called "Mudhouse Manor" in Petersburg, VA.
