This vintage simplicity pattern #4515 is uncut. The pattern is for 4 smocked pillows: view 1 - 18" x 8" bolster corded view 2 - 14" round - 2 1/4" box sunburst pleats view 3 - 12" square - 2 1/4" box smocked on right side view 4 - 12" square - 2 1/4" box smocked on wrong side I can find no date on the pattern original price was 50 cents (60 cents)
