This is an exquisite antique Edwardian brooch still in its original box! It has a lovely, flowing Art Nouveau design popular 1905-1910. It is brass with deep pink enamel and a center dark pink paste glass stone. This pretty rhinestone is bezel set and beautifully faceted to sparkle. It is 1 1/2" long and in excellent condition. The blue leather box has a little wear, but is in amazing condition as well.
This is a lovely antique 9k gold locket from England. Fully hallmarked with the Chester mark for 1905. It contains two original photos of an older couple. Antique stoneware fruit/jam jar. No chips or cracks; does have a very small flake on inside rim. Glaze is in very good order, the original wire clamp is more elegant then most I have seen and works just fine. A similar jar is shown in the book on Monmouth Western Stoneware; pg. 73, and was made by Weir Pottery Co. circa:1899-1905 valued at $165. This wooden slaw cutter is from the Tucker & Dorsey Mfg. Co. patented in 1905. It works like a plane, shaving off strips of cabbage for slaw. It comes with its original box to hold the cabbage in place and is in good working order. They came in different sizes, but this one is 24" long by 8.75" wide. The press box is 9" by 7" by 3". This lovely bangle is adorned with 6 round faceted gemstones, 3 blue sapphires & 3 diamonds. They alternate and are 3 to a side. They are all mounted with white collars on the surface of a beautiful open work, somewhat Victorian patterned yellow gold bangle. The gems all measure approx 1/8" in diameter. The sapphires are a lovely, well matched vivid medium blue, probably Montana Blues as this is an American made bangle.. However Ceylon sapphires are also possible.Both types would be accurate to the period.
