This is a lovely, late Victorian (CA 1890-1900) inkwell. It is porcelain, with beautiful gilding to the pots, lids, and tray. The piece is in excellent condition, with no chips or chiggers, and the gilding is in very good condition. The bottom is marked "Orlick" handpainted. I was told this piece was American which I spied it, among French pieces, The tray measures 6 and 1/8 inches North to South, and 8 inches East to West, just under the pots, The pots, with lids, stand 2 and 1.2 inches tall.
