this is a small wall sculpture in the shape of a house. i was inspired by the bungalow houses of Houston, Texas when i made this series of sculptures. it is handbuilt from wheel thrown porcelain, glazed and then a gold luster overglaze is fired on top of the glaze to create a lovely metallic gold surface. it hangs easily from one or two small nails from the back, and measures about six inches tall. it would make a great housewarming gift!
