Penn Reading PA First Day Issue stamped envelope postmarked Oct 27, 1978 from the Philatelic Center in Reading PA. Envelope is empty but sealed. Have four of the Freedom stamps for postage, though two are the same. Mild discoloration around the upper edge and a light bend on the lower portion of the envelope. Stamps are in great condition. There is an unidentified pink stamped mark on the back of the envelope.
