Exquisite Meissen Porcelain Figurine of a Man with rooster and basket of flowers Hand painted and marked with under glaze blue crossed swords first quality. Size: Approx 4-1/8 x 3-1/2 Condition: Good condition
Fantastic dog and man figurine with hairlines and a few repairs . . . .underside of hat. Dog is missing fore leg, flutist hand?, and hairlines if you look closely. Still fine piece and early. No chips to note that are detracting about 6 1/8" tall and 2 5/8" diameter. I am sure this is early Meissen very fine. Still nice to display as I hope the photos show. I believe this dates to about c1775 or so.
A wonderful Meissen porcelain figurine statue. It depicts a man seated on a pair of baskets beneath him. This piece is very nicely painted with pastels and accented with gilt. It measures about 6 inches high and is 5.25 inches across at its widest point. As can be seen in the photos there is a blue crossed swords Meissen mark on the underside. It is in spectacular condition with no damage. It probably dates to the 19th century or possibly earlier. Overall a tremendous example of a Meissen figurine.

This is a very early 19th century example of Meissen. This porcelain grouping is titled: "Europa On The Bull". The blue Meissen signature is under glaze and dates between 1815 and 1830. In mythological lore, Zeus the king of Gods fell in love with the Phoenician Princess Europa. He took the form of a white bull and appeared to Europa while she was gathering flowers by the sea with her maidens in attendance. He approached her and knelt at her feet. Europa was so impressed with the gentle animal that she
Antique MEISSEN Clock w four Meissen Figurines First quality 15" Large Size The case is in good condition with some minor losses to the fragile flower petals as shown . The lower left figure appears to have some restoration, her shoe looks to have been reglued and painted. She may have been reattached to the clock at some time. There looks to be an old repair to a chip on the INSIDE of the base that has been there for a very long time. It has fancy enameled dial with dark blue numerals. Dates to the 1800s
This stunning lamp is made of porcelain in the style of Dresden/Meissen. The lamp has the typical applied flowers, and the figure of a Dandy is leaning against the column that holds the font. This was an oil lamp which has been converted to electricity, and one of its owners had a gorgeous custom made shade created for it. The shade is made from Chinese embroidered silk and complements the lamp perfectly. The only small issue to note is that some of the tiny flowers have chips, which is usualy the case for

This is one of my favorite Meissen figurines: an aristocratic woman holding a racing card in one hand with a muff on the other. She is beautifully painted and marked with the crossed swords of Meissen, German from the 1800's. She is heavy and stands 8" tall. She has delicate little lace points and lace on her bonnet (part of the lace is missing on the top of one side of the bonnet but not noticeable). There is also a very small firing crack on a skirt ruffle but you have to search to find it. She is an

Great early antique Meissen figurine dating to about c1741, and modeled by Eberlein, and possibly Kaendler. Marked on base as shown and a rather scarce example. Measures almost 12 1/2" tall. Features Venus in gilt robe. Absolutely guaranteed a period example. There are old repairs to her arm, foot and torso, also cupids foot upon very close inspection. There are two nearly identical examples in the decorative arts museum in Prague, which are standing on identical plinths. A great early example!
