We also stopped and picked some fragrant and slightly peppery, bright orange nasturtium flowers. As we came home, fresh summer peaches arrived from our favorite farm. Inspired by these lovely flavors, we created a peach jam with a hint of orange honey and floral nasturtium. The jam is wonderful on toast or with a cheese tray.
