Another ring in my Satellite/Orbit series. This ring features a 4 mm blue topaz at it's center sitting atop a grooved brass cone. Revolving around the topaz is a small silver granule-- the topaz represents the earth while the cold silver lump orbiting around it is the glowing moon. It has been rumored that the position of the silver granule on the ring can influence the tides. However, I do not have the scientific know-how to either confirm or deny this.
