Vintage Silk Tafetta Velvet Tufted Fabric that is being offered BY THE YARD. It has an incredible 3 D Floral Leaf Design on a golden tan colored ground. I'm pretty sure this is tafetta but it is not the real stiff kind or ridged taffeta. This is more like a cross between a satin and a silk but lightweight and thin.
