This bag purse is completely hand made. The outside is a repurposed bright kelly green wool sweater that has been fulled (felted) in the washing machine and then sewed on the sewing machine. I felted the flower, plant, leaves in light green and the two dots in an amber acid green onto the one side of the kelly green sweater piece and then I machine sewed the polka dot cotton fabric lining to a green zipper and added a hand made lamp worked glass bead as a zipper pull and then I hand sew the lining in place.

Lovely vintage corde beaded purse from the 1950's. This sweet little purse has a nice rounded form and is covered with a subtle repetitive geometric pattern using small rounded opaque bone white and clear glass beads and is set on a cream background.
