Amaco No. 20 Versa Clay
Versa Clay is an extremely versatile, de-aired moist clay with many uses for the ceramist and potter. Even delicate hand formed ceramic flowers may be shaped paper-thin without cracking. Versa Clay can be reworked and shaped much longer than other clays. It can also be press molded. Recommended firing from cone 06 to 04 (1830° - 1940°F), but maybe fired as high as cone 7. At cone 05, expect 7.6% shrinkage and a bright white bisque. At cone 02, pieces have a 9.3% shrinkage and bisque is creambuff.
