This beautiful cloche has a great vintage look. I started by dying the felt a rich dark green with blue and black undertones. I then shaped the brim and crown separately on vintage wooden forms. I steamed the felt and hand blocked the arched folds into the top of the crown. The crown and brim are sewn together; I also sewed a wire into the brim for structure.
