I am not sure which middle Eastern country this is from. It is made from Rayon, nylon and silk. It has moonglow lucite buttons from the 1960's up the front. There are fabric covered buttons that raise up the 3/4 length sleeves so they can be worn above the fore arm. The sleeves measure 23 inches from shoulder to cuff. 40's 50's Striped Wool Button Down Jacket
This lovely 1940's or 1950's light-weight jacket is similar to a Pendleton 49er jacket. This one, however, was made by "Osage Sportswear" and it has some very nice features. The light or medium-weight wool has a fantastic brown, green, and yellow striped pattern. The jacket has a super-cute notched collar and big, gray, faux-shell, lucite buttons.
