    This fun sweater began as a gently used striped crewneck. Made from Merino wool, it had great bones, but no pizazz. Enter some really lovely and soft crimson red wool blend trim (merino wool, angora rabbit hair, cashmere and nylon) to encircle the edges of the sweater. But, a little more was needed. I then added some merino wool trim from a men's sweater to add more interest on the front. A big black button finished the look. A covered hook and eye can close it int he middle if you want.     I fell in love with the pattern of this gently used Liz Claiborne rayon/nylon crewneck. It was wonderful and very unusual. I had to reshape it into a flattering bolero, and add some wonderful merino wool striped grey trim from a man's sweater. With princess cuffs, it's all dressed up and ready to go! Ladies small. Dry clean only.
