This purse was purchased on a trip to Italy with my mother in the late 1960's and has been carefully stored and rarely used since then. The leather is in wonderful condition with very few light scratches and is thick and substantial, a wonderful example of old Italian leather craftmanship. The bag measures 10" wide and 7" tall, with handles extending 4 1/2" above the top of the bag. Leather on one handle has a small crack.
