Kaczor joined the Jaguars in 2008 after spending the previous 17 seasons as an assistant coach on the collegiate level. In 2008 the Jaguars led the NFL in opponent start position after kickoffs, with a 24.3 average, and allowed an NFL-low 24 kickoff returns of 20-plus yards.
